The Main Trends in Employment of Social Sciences Graduates in PRC During 2011-2015

The final qualification report examines the main trends and factors determining the current situation with employment of Humanity graduates directions of training in China. Among the main factors influencing the General situation with employment of graduates, highlights the quantitative and qualitative factors. The first group of factors is represented by the number of simultaneously entering the market graduates of one specialty, the unemployment rate, levels of employment, differentiated according to different specialties. The quality factor of employment is identified by the level of indicators such as satisfaction from employment, the compliance office, average wage, etc. Among the main trends addressed in the paper are the following: voluntary (temporary) refusal of employment of graduates in the Humanities, employment of Humanities graduates in the Western and Central provinces at the grassroots level of employment as well as participation of graduates of "Humanities" in the "Establishment of private business start-UPS.Under. The grassroots level of employment will be understood as employment in the vast rural areas and nearby urban communities, the party and government organizations, state institutions and enterprises below the provincial level, as well as in the regional organizations closed organizations, small and medium enterprises. The work explores the nature of initial employment of graduates in the Humanities during the first semester after graduation, as well as those features received their education and skills acquired and the extent of their influence on the participation of graduates in programs of private business startups. The work substantiates the position that the measures taken by the PRC government in respect of resolving the crisis of youth unemployment, do not solve the existing problems of employment in the Humanities.
