This diploma paper covers the topic of modern condition of military and technical cooperation between Russia, India and China. The aim of this paper is a complete research of Russia’s main military and technical partners armed forces and alignment of modern ways of establishing military and technical cooperation between Russian Federation and Asian countries. Since the 1990-s arms export and technological cooperation with main arms consumers have been the key of Russia’s defense industry. Well-established connections in military and technical cooperation with China and India helped Russia to become the principle arms supplier for these two countries. Both India and China were interested in purchasing military aircraft, armored vehicles, guided missiles, air defense systems and other types of high tech weapons the Soviet rich legacy could provide. More importantly, both countries, especially India, focused on establishing their own under license manufacturing of firearms, missiles and tanks along with co-developing guided missiles including «Bramos» and aircrafts. However, in recent years China adopted and borrowed most of Russia’s military technology and used to build its own defense industry that has a perspective to become a weighty competitor on the arms market. At the same time India has been trying to wean off Russia’s military technology and diversify arms delivery sources.
