China`s External Economic Ties as Means to Solving Economic and Political Goals of the Course to Regulate National Agriculture in 1961-1965 and 1979-1981: in General and Singular Issues` Analysis

Thesis Graduation thesis performed at 75 C., includes introduction, two chapters, conclusion, nine tables, bibliography and includes 39 items. The paper discusses the policy of "settlement" of national economy, held in China, 1961-1965 and since 1979 -1981 and foreign economic relations, influenced the successful implementation of this course and its dynamics. It was supposed to compare only two periods, which is reflected in the wording of the topic. The purpose of this study was to determine what trends in China's foreign trade during the periods of "settlement" and how it reflected the priorities of the current General policy and course changes, indicating possible changes in the internal politics of the state. This work shows similarities and differences in the nature of "settlement" and its results in these periods, the coincidences and the differences in foreign trade in specified periods of time and in 1957-1960 gg., on political decisions and socio-economic challenges, which affected the foreign activities of the PRC during the periods of "settlement", when changes in the structure and volumes of foreign trade and the nature of foreign economic activities in General with the new trends in China's policies in 1961-1965 and since 1979 -1981, including those which led to a change in the General political course. In the final qualifying methods were used: statistical, historical-genetic, comparative economic analysis. The study revealed the effects of foreign economic relations foreign economic activities of China at the "settlement" of the national economy, the differences and similarities between two periods (1961-1965 and since 1979 -1981) and the period preceding the first period (1957-1960 gg.). The results of this study can be useful to historians and economists studying the relationship of changes in the General political course as different areas of economic activities in countries with totalitarian regimes.
