This article provides research on the problem of human rights qualification in Islam with respect to the modern standards. The significance of this work is achieved by the analysis of different opinions and claims of various scientists, theorists, politics and religious leaders that allows to build objective representation of human rights in Islam in the modern world. The paper points out distinctions between models of the regulation of human rights in the Sharia law and in the Western world law system. Much attention is given to results of this comparison, which provide information about main problems that occur when two mentioned legal systems interact with each other. Attempts are made to formulate possible solutions of the identified issues. The article begins with the theoretical aspects of human rights regulation in Islam, then some practical cases of the problem are given, and finally, the paper represents alternative ways of cooperation Islam and Western law systems.
