Termination of Parental Rights as a Measure of Family-Legal Responsibility

An increasing amount of irresponsible parents for the fate of their children stimulates scientific interests to improve family legislation in the part of termination of parental rights. The main goal of the research is to explore this legal institute. The disquisition is divided into two large parts. The first revolves the concept of family-legal responsibility, while the second represents its deeper analysis in substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation. The goal of the study will be achieved by implementation of general scientific, private scientific and special legal methods of cognition. The dialectical method was chosen as methodological basis of the research. Based on the works of domestic scientists and the study of current Russian legislation the research is expected to result in formulating specific proposals on amendments to existing family legislation.
