The Efficienty of Government Investment in the Cinema Production

The main aim of this project – to analyze, how efficiently government departments are spending budget money on supporting the Russian cinema. The problem of research is based on the common opinion about poor quality of Russian movies and a widely known fact, that movie industry is highly depending from government supporting. It will be useful to know – is it true, that our (budget) money are spending on production of bad movies, or government supporting evolves movie industry and helps to produce quality films. In order to answer this question we should come up with the definition of «movie quality» and «supporting efficienty». After that – analyze the array of data and draw conslusion.
