Winding-up Proceedings in Bankruptcy

The present study is an attempt to consider and to describe the procedure of winding-up proceedings as such, separately from the preceding stages of the bankruptcy. Most attention was paid to the essence and mechanism of this procedure, its peculiarities and winding-up proceedings' participants rights and obligations. In order to give in work detailed information on the subject a profound analysis of the legislation, legal literature and judiciary practice was conducted.
