Role of Recent Local Conflicts in the Middle East in Evolution of International Terrorism

This work is devoted to studying the role of modern local conflicts in the Middle East in the change of international terrorist organizations. The events of 2011 in the Middle East and North Africa, called "Arab Spring", and the subsequent revolutions and civil wars in various Middle East undoubtedly had a great influence in the shaping of major terrorist organizations in the form in which they are now. Taking into account the importance of the problem of international terrorism in the XXI century, as well as Russia's relations with the Middle East, there is the need to clearly understand the new challenges faced by the international community and to use all available opportunities to fulfill Russian national and international interests in the region. There were studied the last major local conflicts in the Middle East, the events of the "Arab Spring", and modern terrorist organization and were given predictions about the conflicts in the Middle East and possible measures to counter international terrorism.
