The Features of Brazilian Foreign Policy and Its Relations with Russia under the Rousseff Administration

Final qualifying work is devoted to the study of the modern state and main directions of development of Russian-Brazilian relations in the context of global changes happening to the system of world politics and international relations. Now the Russian-Brazilian partnership is developing at the regional and global levels. At the regional level countries are developing cooperation in the format of strategic partnership, which is defined by similar internal and external political interests of Russia and Brazil, and the desire to strengthen trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. At the global level, the parties play the role of centers of power and poles of the world that have similar positions regarding the solution of many global problems and the formation of the global "agenda". Current state of Russian-Brazilian relations is characterized by insufficient level of practical interaction between the two States despite the extensive base of documents and contracts on cooperation of Russia and Brazil in various sectors.
