Restaurant Business in Sevastopol: the Promotion Strategy

The investigation refers to the newly evolving studies originating in the domain of the restaurant business. The general purpose of this work helps to illuminate communicational and marketing recommendations for restaurateurs who work in Sevastopol. The methods utilized could be developed much broader through questionnaires among tourists and residents of Sevastopol in combination with depth interviews with the Crimean restaurateurs. The results advance our understanding of the nature of consumer behavior in the Crimea. Thus, the study highlights the potential of the technique be useful for practical purposes. The structure of the research includes broad analysis of the scientific literature about the HoReCa sphere and marketing and practical implications in order to yield the conclusions. Moreover, it is essential to mention, that all the results of the research are summarized in the private strategy of bakery cafe "Kalach". There was provided a schedule of the relevant communicational activities, which can be used by restaurateurs in Sevastopol for developing their businesses.
