Recently, there has been a increase in bilateral relations among Russia and China in the field of innovation and new technologies. This growth cam be illustrated by increasing the pace of scientific development, the expansion of innovative cooperation in the studied areas and also by boosting bilateral ties and the noticeable increase of interest of the Russian and Chinese sides for mutual cooperation
