There are two elements that are said to be a part of any job: logical, which is based on the people’s necessity to earn their lives and exist. The latter is emotional one, which is connected with the contentment from the job, from interesting tasks and development opportunity. Many employers pay a great attention to the former, forgetting about the latter. As a result, companies get the situation, where the most important factor for motivation is money, and nothing can become more effective. It happens, because such type of motivation make the personnel not be interested in their active personal and professional development, taking a part in companies life and high quality of their work. This topic becomes acute for many companies, but the problem is not learnt deeply and in details. That’s why the companies faced a great amount of obstacles trying to enhance the personnel involvement. The aim of our work is working out the program that will have an opportunity to influence the personnel involvement and, as a consequence, influence positively the company’s key index. The first part considers the theoretical basis of the involvement notion, empirical researches and different methods that are used for involvement evaluation. In the second part the results of the previous researches are considered, and after them we describe the research and results, that we based on the results of previous one. The program that was worked out is an instrument for managing the involvement factors which have a negative influence on the company’s efficiency. This program is possible to use in other companies, which show the practical usage of the instrument.
