Legal Regulation of Women's Employment in Russian and Foreign Labor Law

The final qualification work intended to cover major issues pertaining to the sphere of rights of working women in Russian and foreign labor law. The basic goal is to elucidate the issue of the difference between the amount of labor rights of different groups of women, including pregnant women and women who already raise children in Russian and foreign law. Nowadays, solution of the problem concerning women’s employment is connected with the most important social and economic problems regarding employment of population, increase of birth rate. At the same time, the analysis of Russian and foreign countries labor law confirms the actual disadvantages of the concept of state and legal policy of women protection in the sphere of the social and legal relationships. Therefore, the research of the difference between the amount of labour rights of women in Russia and foreign legislation is relevant more than ever. Chapter 1 is dedicated to the analysis of general issues of woman’s work legal regulation in Russia and foreign countries, including historical aspect. Chapter 2 summarize features of modern regulation woman’s work in the Russian and foreign labor law, at the same chapter includes difference of the amount of rights, which are granted to woman, according to Russian and foreign legislation. The attention is also paid to special aspects of dismissal. The conclusion contains of key differences between Russian and foreign regulation of woman’s work and suggestions for improvement of Russian and foreign legislation in a sphere of woman’s work. The Final qualification work contains of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and list of reference. The total amount of pages is 69.
