Digital Communication in the Banking Sector in Russia

The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, bibliography and appendices. The first chapter describes the essence of the banking market in Russia, the traditional means of communication in the banking sector. The second chapter describes Digital Communications, Digital Communications in world experience and the situation in the Digital banking market in Russia. The third chapter describes the study of the preferences of customers of Russian banks regarding banking and Digital detected model of successful communication of Russian banks in the Digital Environment.
