This work examines the key factors of development of agro-industry in certain Latin America countries such as Argentina, Brazil and Mexico and forecasts horizons for them. It illustrates the main principles of agricultural industry in Latin America and shows the real experience of these countries. Moreover, this project forecasts the future prospects of development of the agricultural complex of the countries mentioned above.
