Comparative Analysis of Business Strategies: the Case of Smartphone Producers Blackberry and Apple

This paper is dedicated to comparison of competitive and corporate strategies of smartphone producers Apple and Blackberry. Invention of iPhone changed the smartphone market and inefficient strategies of Blackberry affected the market share of the company. Because of innovoations and differentiation Apple was able to adopt leading position on the market. Information provided in this paper raises the issue of how the strategies influence the smartphone market.
