Development Prospects for Tourism Industry in India

This paper is devoted to the prospects for development of the tourism industry in India. The paper presents the advantages of India in the tourist industry, taking into account the existing risks in a given territory. On the basis of statistical data revealed the main competitors of India in the tourism and hospitality industry and analyzes the effectiveness of the current tourism policy.
