The signing of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement on February 2016 has become a significant moment. The Agreement affects a lot of areas of the world trade - from trade in goods and services to labor and environmental protection. Given the scale and the advanced nature of the Agreement, many questions were arisen: the conflict of the WTO and the TTP rules, the TTP's influence on the global trade regulations, as well as its influence on non-member countries. This paper is dedicated to the consistent research and analysis of the issues mentioned above.
