The Effect of Membership in the EAEU on the Russian Economy

At present, the Eurasian Economic Union is one of the youngest integration organizations on the post-Soviet space with five permanent members, including the Russian Federation. Each participant contributes to the overall policy both internal and external, carried out by the supranational institutes. As all countries-members have the responsibility to pursue the orders of the Union, the membership in the organization has an impact first of all on the most compliant of them: policy and economy. Russia takes its advantage in the political sphere, whilst in the effect on the economy ambiguous. Thus, the paper id aimed at analysing strategically crucial fields of the Russian economy and estimating their potential development in terms of EAEU, using comparative, quantitative, economic and statistical analysis, generalization and logic. The result of the research shows that for Russia there are still a lot of obstacles in effective product delivering on the markets of members.
