State Corporation as Legal Entity of Public Law

This thesis explains the concept of State Corporation in Russian Federation. Definition of State Corporation has two variants: ordinary meaning and special institution according to the NGO law. Author researched them both, but gave more attention on the second one. The scientific work shows analysis of many theories about quintessence of corporation. Moreover, author have used historical approach and shared his opinion about development of state corporations in the world and Russia particularly. According to author view, State Corporation is a kind of legal entity of public law. The conception of the legal entity of public law has many supporters and author agree with their main arguments. The thesis contains deep investigation of the legal regulation, which provides existence of the state corporations. Author pointed out the main problems in the modern state corporation regulation. Additionally, he prepared proposals for new amendments and constructed prognosis about future development of this institution. Case-study is another approach of this work. Author has compared Roscosmos (the last state corporation) and foreign institutions, which manage space sphere as well. This research delineates negative and positive sides of the modern state corporations in Russia, but it defends position that state corporation is vital institution for economic development of the country. That is why it is important to modernize this institution, not to abolish.
