Statistical Analysis of Job Satisfaction in Russia and Europe

The problem of job satisfaction is receiving considerable attention with the latest changes in the structure of human resource management. The theoretical modeling of job satisfaction will expedite the search for and analysis of the level of employee motivation and the factors that cause demotivation. The revealing of the job satisfaction level is implemented to obtain an algorithm capable of estimating the real causes and internal factors that can potentially lead to dissatisfaction with job. We should also compare Russia with European countries to find out the current situation on the labour market. The regression model of job satisfaction will reveal how job satisfaction depends on gender and age, whether people with high education are more satisfied with their job or not, in which extent the tenure can influence the level of job satisfaction, is wage really motivating people to work better and get satisfaction from it and such kind of dependence for other external factors. We further use the characteristic formulation to treat the level of job satisfaction close to the explaining the current labor market situation in the sphere of human resource management.
