Domain Name as Intellectual Property

The main purpose of the research is to make scientific and theoretical analysis of public relations arising from the use of domain name, as an intellectual property. The concept and definition of the domain name are described in the first chapter. The second chapter examines the development of legislation, the rights to the domain name compared to trademark rights, as well as other means of individualization. The third chapter consists of various disputes about domain names and analysis of judicial practice. Results of the study are shown in the conclusion. The work consists of: introduction, three chapters, bringing together seven paragraphs, conclusion and bibliography, including works used when writing regulations, materials, forensic arbitration practice, and a list of references - 67 sources.
