Development of Program of Accompanying New Technologies Introduction in Company Mera NN

Today Mera NN Company undergoes serious changes on its path of development. It opens new software development centers, introduces new work technologies and develops HR policy. An introduction of new version of software product for the recruitment process automation is considered to be one of the key changes in the company in recent times. HR manages face middle managers’ resistance to the new work technologies introduction. HR manages do not have a clear and complete picture of what methods can help them to overcome these difficulties. The ultimate goal of the work is to develop program of accompanying new technologies introduction in Mera NN Company. Project consists of the literature review on change management from the HR prospective, the analysis of results of the study on employee resistance to change in the companies in Nizhniy Novgorod, program description and project effectiveness assessment. The main measures for overcoming employee resistance to change were new work technologies presentation, self-education of managers, group discussions and diagnostics of employee resistance level. In order to conduct an intermediate research the questionnaire survey was employed. It includes 4 questions, estimating initial and current managers’ attitude to the change and finding out the reasons for managers’ unwillingness to support changes. The results have shown that the majority of the middle managers has positive attitudes towards change and is ready to support new technologies introduction in the future. The effectiveness assessment has indicated that the project is effective from technical side as well as from economic side. In general, developed program of accompanying change will help top management of the Mera NN Company to prepare organization to renewal successfully, overcoming employee resistance to the change and reducing the risk of negative implications.
