The Analysis of Bancassurance in Russia and Europe: Development Trends

In this paper theoretical aspects of banking insurance as a financial institution are considered. Russian bancassurance market in 2014 is characterized and analyzed, including a study to identify the dependence of the entire sector from the credit insurance sector. The interaction of commercial bank and insurance company which helps to make a decision on the introduction of new products are also described. Bancassurance in Europe are received attention too. In particular, there is the description of the largest bancassurance market in France and other European emerging markets. Finally, modern lines of the bancassurance in Russia and Europe are considered.
