Boyprav E.A. Conclusion and official review of the Russian Federation in the federal legislative process The aim of this final qualifying work is to study the Institutes of the conclusion and the official review of the Government of the Russian Federation in federal legislative process on the basis of what to reveal the available shortcomings and to offer ways of improvement of this process for their elimination. To achieve this goal will need to solve a number of problems, including: the study of the federal legislative process issues, evaluation of the role and identify forms of government intervention in the process; analyze the conclusions and the official responses of the Government for the shortcomings and legal technique errors, to assess the role and impact of the conclusion of the institute and the official withdrawal of the Government of the federal legislative process to examine the regulatory and statutory legal acts regulating the issues of representation of imprisonment and official comment on the bills received by the Government. Final qualification work consists of the introduction, three heads, seven paragraphs, the conclusion and the bibliographic list. Based on the analysis the following conclusions: firstly, creation of the regulations containing legal definitions of the important definitions regulating legislative process for improvement of quality of legislative and legislative activity is necessary; secondly, the Government plays an important role in the federal legislative process through various forms of participation, in particular - as a subject of legislative initiative; thirdly, the presentation and content of the conclusion and the official withdrawal of the Government of poorly regulated, therefore also necessary to create a normative legal acts regulating this form of government intervention.
