The Legal Stance of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation on Electoral Law

The present research deals with a major issues pertaining to the sphere of electoral law. The general purpose of this study is comprehensive systematization of legal stance of the Russian Constitutional Court, which represent the legal framework of the electoral law theory. The paper work is intended to stress the undoubted significance of the Russian Constitutional Court’s decisions because of its content – legal positions on some questions of law. The author expounds the importance and value of the legal stance of the Court as one of the electoral law sources. To exemplify this point, the present research contains some relevant information given by famous scientists in this sphere and by the Constitutional Court itself. The research consists of three parts: introduction, the main body (includes literature review, methodology and results anticipated) and conclusion. In the end of the study the author designates some of the references, used in the graduation work.
