Abstract to work on the topic " Consumer rights protection in selling goods, performing works and providing services: a comparative analysis". The author of the work is Kulepova Anastasia. Relevance of the work in the first place, due to the existing tasks of the state. So, one of the tasks of the Russian Federation is the proclamation and application of effective methods for the protection of consumers' rights. Secondly, the relevance of the work lies in the presence of problematic issues and gaps in the legislation on consumer protection. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive study and synthesis of theory and practice in the field of consumer protection. The object of the study is legal relations arising between the subjects of the consumer market in Russia. The subject of the study is civil - procedural rules governing relations in the field of consumer protection. The results can be used as material for a textbook.
