Treatment Effect Evaluation of the Computer Usage in the Level of Individuals' Wages

In this study, author evaluated whether employees’ computer and/or Internet usage are rewarded through individuals’ wages. The study based on the Russia Longitudinal Monitoring Survey – Higher School of Economics for the period 2003 – 2013. The results of the study showed that the computer/Internet has positive and statistically significant effect on respondents’ wages.
