The Stock Market as a Factor of Influence on the State Economy – Legal Aspects

The work is devoted to the problem of the state regulation of the Stock Market. The study aims to identify the general principles of functioning of the Stock Market and currently applicable legal and economic mechanisms of its regulation. Additionally, there are considered factors affecting the state of the Stock Market, and the principles of its interaction with the economy of the state. Identifying the foreign experience possible to be borrowed in this field allows us to identify additional ways to improve the mechanism of legal regulation of the Stock Market. In this paper, the author analyzes the current legislation and scientific works on the economy and the law in order to achieve the fullest possible coverage of the researched sphere of economy and identifying the most urgent problems.
