New Trends in the Staff Training in China in the 2000s
2016
In the current thesis I would like to continue my previous research to conduct deeper analysis of educational institutions in China. In this research, I focused more on the statistical data published by the PRC Government and the Western consulting organizations. Relying on these sources I have analyzed chronologically the staff training process in China and adaptation of the Western model in China..
