This paper analysis the dynamics of the manufacturing industries. I considered on 14 branches of the manufacturing industries in time period 2003-2013. There is a general dynamics of sectors, and each sector have own factors that determine this dynamics. Each branch is arranged in different ways, so there are different measures that exit in internal structure of them. I call those indicators the measures of heterogeneity. The basic model which I choose is the Cobb-Douglas production function. That way, I added some additional institutional factors, different level of concentration of sectors and try to show how they will influence on the dynamics of the manufacturing industries.
