The work deals with the problems of implementation of the ECHR acts in criminal procedural law of the Russian Federation. The study aims to explore the way to cohesion of ECHR acts and Russian national legislation. The systematization of doctrinal views on the issue of the ECHR acts, its analysis, discovering its legal nature and creation of the possible consequences ECHR decisions for the intern law enforcer are performed.
