Methods and Principles of the Integration of the Quality Management Systems and the Lean Production Management System

This master's thesis deals with the problem of the quality management system and lean production management system integration. The work contains a detailed description of the structure and elements of these systems that is the basis of the analysis about expedience of the integration process, which has shown positive results. In this connection, the principles and methods of the integration process were developed. Companies may use the obtained results for design, implementation and development of the integrated management system by themselves. Moreover, the results can be used for the preparation of the national standard of the Russian Federation on the integrated system of quality management and lean manufacturing.
