Analysis of the Efficiency of Business Processes of Manufacturing Company on the Basis of Lean-Management

The theme of the thesis is "the analysis of the efficiency of business processes of manufacturing company on the basis of lean-management." The work consists of an introduction, main part and conclusion. The main part consists of three chapters: 1) the theoretical aspects of the process approach, and management of business processes; 2) methods of business process analysis; 3) analysis of the efficiency of the business process of opening an order for production tooling of manufacturing company. The aim of this thesis is to identify the possibility of applying the failure modes and effects analysis as a tool for analysis and improvement of non-manufacturing business process. Therefore the following tasks have been carried out: 1) examined the literature on the subject of the process approach; 2) organize information by business process modeling; 3) organize information for business process analysis methodologies; 4) describes a method of failure modes and effects analysis; 5) developed an algorithm of failure modes and effects analysis of the process; 6) described the "as-is" model of the business process manufacturing company; 7) an analysis of the effectiveness of the process, based on a failure modes and effects analysis; 8) developed measures to improve the efficiency of the process; 9) described the "to-be" model of the business process manufacturing company.
