This graduation qualification work on "Lin - management in logistics warehousing" is devoted to the study of experience in the field of Lean Management and analysis of various works on logistics. Lin conversion is based primarily on the constant quest to reduce all types of losses. The main objective of logistics activities is to optimize material, financial and information flows that accompany the production and commercial activities of any company. Implement complex optimization across the enterprise, that is, costs are minimized, not only in a separate unit, but in the entire logistics system. Logistical management of a significant impact on the state of the financial and economic and legal support in the current market environment, where there are diverse economic ties. This primarily refers to the transportation of goods, organization and functioning of the warehouse activities, the development of logistics services in the intermediary organizations. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that storage is an essential item of expenditure for many businesses where the implementation of PD principles can have a huge economic impact. That is why modern companies raise attention to the principles of lean manufacturing, which without significant costs reduce costs, speed up the operation of business processes, and improve the quality of the final product. The aim of this study is to develop effective measures to increase the economic efficiency of warehouses.
