The development of market relations in Russia conditioned the fact that education turned from free privilege (public good) paid by state at the expense of budgetary means into goods, and more precisely, into service of nonmaterial character. On this basis it becomes clear that Russian universities must use in full all marketing complex. The ability of educational institutions to advance created values in the market of educational services plays particular role. In this concrete work makes the emphasis on the specifics of promotion a education programs of Pre-University Training Center at HSE Branch in Nizhny Novgorod.
