The Legal Regime of Allegiancy (commorancy) of Foreign Residents and Apatrides in the Russian Federation

Graduation thesis is devoted to a research of the legal regime of residency of foreign citizens and people without citizenship in the Russian Federation. Relevance of work is caused by continuous growth of number of foreign citizens and apatrides arriving into the territory of Russia and also value of this legal institute for the Russian legislation. The rights and duties of foreign citizens and people without citizenship, differences of the legal status of foreign citizens from the status of the Russian citizens, classifications of legal regimes, rules of residency of foreign citizens and apatrides, an order of their migration registration in the Russian Federation are investigated. In more detail studied features of a legal status of citizens of Ukraine and Belarus in the Russian Federation. The problems connected with a legal regime of the residency of foreign citizens, possible ways of their permission are analysed.
