Position of Supply Agreement in the System of Civil Contracts

Abstract Key words: Contract law, Sales of goods contract, Supply agreement, Business. The features of Supply agreement legal nature are highlighted in the Final Qualifying Work. The author determines its definition, presents its description and characterises its elements and content. In addition, the researcher analyses the order of such agreement conclusion, execution, modification and termination. The author touches upon the problem of Supply agreement correlation with conterminal civil contracts and proposes ways of their differentiation. Basic legal gaps are also marked in the Final Qualifying Work. In additionn, the author offers the ways of their sollution. Thus, the researcher highlights some methods of Russian Civil legislation modernisation.
