The sphere of cross-border insolvency follows the development of economic relations between foreign business subjects. Nowadays, it is necessary to work on universal mechanism of recognition and enforcement of judgments of foreign courts on insolvency cases. Such framework will protect both creditors' and debtor's interests. It will ease search and consolidation of the property of the debtor as well, and it will lead to more full satisfaction of the creditors' claims.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
