IPO today – one of the key stages in the development of large, dynamic company. Public offering has long ceased to be only a local event, it allows you to enter international capital markets, to attract foreign investors. And despite the current problems in the Russian market, some companies still carry out the placement, others declare their intention to hold an IPO in the near future. The theme of attracting Finance for Russian companies is now very urgent and profitable investment questions never lose their importance. To invest or not to invest in shares of companies after the IPO? If you invest, how you will behave in the stock price in the future? What this dynamic will depend? This is a truly burning questions that constantly concern of investors around the world. The pricing of the shares after entering the stock market for several decades are reflected in the works of foreign and domestic authors. These include D. Ritter, L., Benveniste, F. Derrien, R. Ibbotson, G., Gregory, R. Schulz, A. Lukashov, A. Magen and many others. Object of research – the market of public equity offerings in the BRICS countries. The aim is to determine factors that affect prices of these shares after the placement.
