Statistical Analysis of Investment Attractiveness of Japan

The following study focuses on investment attractiveness of Japan's regions. There is going to choose various indicators of an overall economic development of region, the level of investment in infrastructure development in the country and the regions, different demographic characteristics, the level of development of market relations and commercial infrustructure, as well as the investment security degree. On this basis there will be used the methods of factor, multiple regression, hierarchical cluster and cluster k-medium analysises. Also, the research will examine the history of the development of Japanese economy and its characteristics in order to determine the causal relationships with the emergence of the modern investment situation.
