Risk Attitudes and Mobility on Labor Market

This work looks at the relationship between personal noncognitive characteristics and their behavior on labor market. The analysis consists of theoretical framework and empirical model. The empirical analysis based on panel dataset RLMS 2006-2013 and the Module of RLMS questionnaire-2009 "Strategy selection". Obtained results show a signifficant impact of risk attitude on the labor mobility.
