Statutory Law Requirements for the Establishment and Activities of Investment Funds in the Russian Federation

The diploma study focuses on the legal regulation of the establishment and activity of investment funds in the Russian Federation.A deep analysis of the normative-legal acts of the investment legislation was conducted , the problems and shortcomings of investment and legal system was identified,and the ways of solving these problems was offered. The structure of the final qualifying work is represented by introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The first chapter contains general investment issues : reveals the basic concepts, subjects and regulations of the investment legislation. The second and the third chapters include the analyzes of mutual funds and joint stock investment funds.The peculiarities of the activity, the establishment and the termination of investment funds, based on the feature of the legal regulation, are described in these chapters Total number of pages in this work is 52. Regulations, laws , research papers, educational literature and dissertation abstracts were used for this final qualifying work.
