The present work is devoted to the analysis of the migration crisis in Europe in 2015 and offering a solution to this situation. This paper analyzes the existing in the EU circumstances, the analysis of the causes and consequences of the migration crisis is also presented. The author's approach to solving problems: using a binary choice model to explain the process of formation of values and a proposal to regulate the migration policy taking into account the values of migrants.
