This work contains two main parts: first part is the general overview of the separation of power's system and analysis of the main principles, which determine the relationship between three branches of government and the society, and also the definition of the goals and character of this interaction in accordance with definition, which give the founding fathers in the Federalist; second part contains the deeper research of authority of each branch of government, their functions and restrictions .
