Accouting Mechanism of Demographic Trends in the Process of Development Regional Politics in Russian Professional Education to the Year 2030

The aim of the current work is the analysis of changes in the demographic group of 15-19 years over the period 2005-2014 and 2014-2029 years, as well as their correlation with the change in the network of institutions of VET and the flow of students. The results formed the basis for building a model of typology of regions, which later used to identify groups of subjects of the Russian Federation, most stung before the fact of demographic change in the trend. To confirm or refute the hypothesis used the method of case study on the example of a number of subjects of the Russian Federation, in which the regional programs of professional education development with the findings were correlated. The results led to the conclusions of the regional networks of preparedness for effective response to changing external factors.
