Development of Monitoring Optimization Project for a Company’s Financial State in Commercial Bank

This master's thesis is devoted to the development of practical recommendations and some events, that help to optimise the monitoring process in the Credit Monitoring and collateral Department of (West Ural Bank) Sberbank of Russia. For analyzing and correcting the problem of the monitoring process we have applied a set of methods and tools named «The conception of Six Sigma», in particular – «The DMAIC methodology». At the initial stage of the project of monitoring optimization it has been founded that the main problem of the whole process was a timely implementation of the first stage of monitoring. During the project it has been discussed in detail the current state of the monitoring process and a map of the value creation process, also it has been identified the root cause of the problem. The development of management solutions for solving the problem, the construction of a new map of the value creation process, the calculation of the economic effects of the implementation of the project have become the project's results.
