In this Master Thesis was investigated the evaluating the performance of a Research and Technology Organisation as an actor of technology transfer. The goal of this Master Thesis was to develop reasoned toolbox enabling coordination of monitoring and policy tools, and further testing of formed toolbox on the microdata. Objectives of the Master Thesis were to work with theoretical base concerning Research and Technology Organisations as separate institutional model, technology transfer and evaluation theory and practices of organisations; and the testing of generated toolbox. Research question: how to link monitoring tools with political tools and what is the composition of this toolbox. The Master Thesis consists of List of Abbreviations, List of Tables, List of Figures, Summary, Introduction, two Chapters, Conclusion, References, and Appendix. In the Master Thesis were used 4 Tables, 12 Figures, 1 Appendix, and 29 References. The total number of pages of the Master Thesis is 56.
