Hedonic Assessment of Real Estate in Perm

This paper investigates factors, which have impact on assessment of real estate in Perm. Hedonic method of assessment is used which is being evaluated in the way of regression model construction. As a result, we concluded that the most important factors determining price are area of a department, fraction of the kitchen area to the total area and district in which flat is positioning.
