Algorithm Development of Choosing Flexible Management Methods in IT-Companies

This work is devoted to the development of selection Agile tool for IT companies. Many companies have been successful in flexible management, but there are some companies that are now starting to use Agile and they need to understand what methodology to use. In IT-field managers who have not moved to Agile project management yet, ask a question: How to determine the readiness of the company to adopt agile methods. What technologies and methods should be used to implement Agile project management methods, depending on the characteristics of the organization. In this paper we define the criteria for the company's readiness for the introduction of Agile and create an algorithm with the recommendations for the project manager. The results of the algorithm were tested in an IT company. The analysis showed the effectiveness of the algorithm in comparison with competitor, that did not implement Agile.
